TUBITAK – NSTDA Bilateral Cooperation Call Launched!

Based on the Memorandum of Understanding between Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBI ̇TAK) and the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) signed in 2018, joint research projects will be supported to promote the integrated joint research between two countries.

Scientists in Turkey who want to propose a joint research project must agree with the researcher(s) working in the research institutions in Thailand whom they will carry out the project together as "project partners". Unilateral project applications are not accepted.

These joint projects will be supported only in the following priority thematic areas:

•    Food Safety

•    Biodiversity

•    Internet of Things (IoT)

Research teams can benefit of a maximum of 720.000 TL provided by TÜBİTAK for researchers in Turkey, and a maximum of 1 Million THB provided by NSTDA for the researchers in Thailand during the project period. 3 projects will be funded within the scope of the respective call. The duration of the projects will be up to 3 years. The final deadline for submission is 7th of June 2019. There is no late submission deadline for the Turkish team.
